Perfectly Queer Booking Policy
1. Tentative Enquiries
Enquiries are considered tentative until payment is received.
2. Payment Terms
• Events within 30 Days: Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Events More Than 30 Days Away: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event.
3. Rescheduling
• First Reschedule: One change of date or time is free.
• Additional Rescheduling: Further changes or those made within 14 days may incur fees.
4. Cancellation
• More Than 7 Days Notice: 50% of the total booking fee is refunded (deposit non-refundable).
• Less Than 7 Days Notice: No refund is issued.
5. Booking Inclusions
Booking inclusions are subject to change at the discretion of our talent. For example, if your event runs late, inclusions may be adjusted or removed to keep on schedule. In some cases, inclusions may be substituted (e.g., replacing a performance with another activity).

• Initial Payment: A 25% non-refundable booking fee is due within 7 days of the initial meeting to secure your ceremony date and time.
• Final Payment: The remaining 75% is due 30 days before the ceremony.
3. Rescheduling
• First Reschedule: One change of date or time is free.
• Additional Rescheduling: Subsequent changes may incur fees.
4. Cancellation
• 30+ Days Notice: Any payments, excluding the 25% non-refundable booking fee, will be refunded.

• Health & Safety: Talent will not attend unsafe events. If rescheduling is required for safety reasons, we’ll secure a new date or alternative talent at no extra cost.
• Cancellations from client: Partial refunds may be offered based on notice provided. Rescheduling is preferred to ensure fairness for our small business and talent, who rely on your booking for income.
• Cancellations from Perfectly Queer: If we can’t fulfil your booking after all options are exhausted, a full refund will be issued.
