What started as a bold vision has blossomed into something extraordinary. Perfectly Queer is now Melbourne’s premier LGBTQIA+ talent agency, proudly showcasing the most dazzling, diverse, and dynamic queer performers in Naarm.

Since launching in 2022, we’ve booked hundreds of events, entertained thousands of delighted clients, and built a powerhouse of top-tier queer talent. From drag queens and kings to DJs, musicians, marriage celebrants, event hosts, and beyond—if they’re fabulous, they’re Perfectly Queer.

Meet Our Founder

At the heart of Perfectly Queer is Aza Coward, a passionate advocate for queer talent and a driving force in Melbourne’s LGBTQIA+ entertainment scene.

Aza’s alter ego, Della Katessen (@dellakatessen), made waves during the pandemic, pivoting to online shows, trivia, and bingo, reaching international audiences and building a loyal client base. With over a decade in radio—hosting, programming, and managing stations—Aza brings a wealth of experience in entertainment, storytelling, and making magic happen on stage and screen.

As the demand for fabulous, inclusive entertainment kept growing, I knew it was time to create a dedicated space where businesses, couples, and party planners could connect with the best LGBTQIA+ performers in town. Three years later, here we are—bigger, bolder, and queerer than ever!”
